Duncan managed to adapt to the horrendous track conditions after a huge downpour of rain just prior to racing left the purpose built sand track in treacherous condition for racing across all classes.

Lap times were dramatically reduced as the World Women’s field raced through waist deep rut lines with many riders parting from bikes stuck in the quick-like sand at the infamous TT Racing circuit.

Duncan cemented her place in the World MX Championship going 1-2 and taking the Overall Round GP win from Dutch favourite Nancy Van De Ven and the Women’s World Motocross Champion winner of the season French rider Livia Lancelot.

Duncan now returns home to NZ for preparation for Women’s World Motocross Championship which kicks off in February 2017.
